Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup almond milk
- 1/2 Cup chocolate coconut water
- 1/3 Cup choc protein powder (or one serving) - use vegan for dairy-free option
- 1 Sachet BYS Collagen Coffee - Mocha
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Toppings: blueberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter
Ninja Creami Method:
- Add yoghurt, almond milk & water into your Ninja Creami and mix well. Add in the protein powder, cacao & honey.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Store in the freezer overnight or for 24 hours.
- Mix on light ice cream setting, re-spin if needed.
- Add your toppings and enjoy as a high protein breakfast or snack!
Regular Blender Method:
