Silica is a natural trace mineral made from a combination of silicon and oxygen.

Lysine is an amino acid (a building block of protein) which is needed to form many of the body's proteins, including collagen.

Unlike some other amino acids, the human body cannot make lysine, so it must be consumed through diet. 

Proline is an amino acid, or a building block for protein and is important in the formation of collagen and keratin.

Proline makes up at least 15% of collagen in our bodies and works synergistically with Lysine, B6 and Vitamin C.

Vitamin B6 is one of eight B vitamins. This group of vitamins is important for proper cell function.

The body does not store B6, so it’s important to get enough vitamin B6 intake every day.

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that's a part of the vitamin B family. It's also known as vitamin H or B7.

The body uses biotin to help convert glucose from carbohydrates into energy.

That, and we think it tastes better in coffee than other sources too.

Our collagen blends contain marine sourced collagen and unfortunately aren't considered vegan. 

Our vegan friends can enjoy our Performance and Adrenal Decaf blends instead :)

How many sachets you drink in a day is entirely up to you! 

Just keep an eye on your total daily caffeine intake as each sachet has 115mg of caffeine. How much caffeine you can tolerate is entirely individual and determined by factors such as age, weight, activity level, previous caffeine consumption and any underlying medical conditions.
