The team — I love being surrounded by talented and passionate people. (Closely followed by the warehouse/fun-factory setup and Harro’s burgers).

Iced OG has been my fave from Day 1.

Kendrick Lamar — DNA.
What is the best and worst advice you have ever received?
Best: Focus on making 1% gains & improvements — they stack up quickly (Atomic Habits by James Clear).
Worst: “Follow your passion.” It sounds great, but (in my experience) passion isn’t something you’re born with; it’s something that develops & changes. It should be “Develop your passion”.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I’m a Morris Dancer (Google it).

The first place you’ll be travelling to post COVID?
Not very exotic, but probably back to the UK to see my family.
