Still working out from home but want a weighted full body burner? Then give Rachel's BBR Full Body workout a go! All you need is a set of dumbbells and you'll be sweating!

3-5 Rounds

45 Seconds on, 10 seconds transition time to move between exercises.
60 seconds rest between rounds.
  1. Dumbbell Alternating single to double arm squat to press
  2. Dumbbell Dead to row/reverse fly
  3. Dumbbell Lunge curl to press E/L
  4. Dumbbell Curl to squat pulse x 2
  5. Dumbbell in & out jumps
  6. Push up to mountain climber
