Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs



  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (Beforeyouspeak Creamer or essence) 
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (or extra coconut flour)
  • A pinch of salt

Optional add-ins



  1. Stir filling – adjust sweetness to taste.
  2. Roll into balls, pinch tops to form an egg shape.
  3. Place on a lined baking tray.
  4. Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate & Beforeyouspeak Coffee together.
  6. Drop 1 ‘egg' in melted chocolate, use 2 forks to toss and coat.
  7. Allow to chill.
  8. Devour!
Makes 8 (ish) – depending on how big you make them
